You are visiting the Home Page of the Office of Defense Cooperation Norway.

The ODC Norway is subordinate to Headquarters European Command and is an integral part of the American Embassy Norway, located at the Chancery in downtown Oslo.

We are a joint, multi-service organization that fosters U.S. government and industry participation in Norwegian defense initiatives and facilitates U.S. military activities based in the country of Norway.

We operate from 7:00am to 5:00pm daily except for U.S. & Norwegian Public Holidays

 

Function:


The ODC is the single point of contact for all U.S. Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperation in Armaments and U.S. prepositioning programs between the United States Government and the Government of Norway, working closely with the Norwegian Ministry of Defence and the Chief of Defence.
